Wilson Family Plumbing, Heating & Air ("we", "us") is a family-owned plumbing, heating and air company serving Rockwall County and the surrounding area. This policy explains what we collect when you use trustwilsons.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the description of the work you need, when you submit our contact form, call us, or text us.
• Service history. The work we performed, when, and any notes our technicians recorded, so we can service your home properly next time.
• Website analytics. Standard analytics through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is aggregate traffic data, not something we tie to you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, quote the work, and schedule and perform the service.
• To send appointment confirmations, arrival notices, and service follow-ups.
• To ask how a visit went, and to invite honest feedback or a review.
• To send seasonal maintenance reminders and occasional offers, but only if you separately opted in to that.
• To keep records required for licensing, warranty, and tax purposes.

Text messages

We run two separate text message programs, each with its own separate, unchecked consent box. Checking one never enrolls you in the other, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase.

• Service appointment messages (informational). Messages about the specific request you made: confirmations, arrival notices, quote and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies (up to 10 messages per month).
• Offers and reminders (marketing). Seasonal maintenance reminders and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging providers we use to deliver the messages you asked for.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us: our customer management and messaging platform, our website analytics provider, and our payment processor. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and service records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for as long afterward as licensing, warranty, and tax rules require. Marketing contact information is removed when you opt out.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to leave that message program.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling or emailing us below.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
